Job Description

This position will provide project operations and administrative support for all aspects of foundation construction. This position will require daily travel to project sites; often frequent.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:

  • Promote safety – assist with the implementation of all applicable HSE programs, policies and procedures.
  • Understand the terms and scope of the contract as it applies to the project.
  • Develop job schedules.

  • Coordinate field crews and equipment.

  • Direct/supervise all on site project activities assigned.

  • Attend pre-bid, progress and any other related project specific meetings.

  • Track project costs accordingly, actual to estimate.

  • Provide onsite administrative support activities.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates would possess a B.S in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering with prior internship or full time experience working in a construction field based or related role.  Applicants must be able to handle multiple projects at one time, possess strong attention to detail, possess the ability to successfully negotiate terms and conditions, manage tight deadlines and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with various levels of management. Proficiency in computer software specifically with estimating and job cost tracking software is preferred.  Experience with Primavera Software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly beneficial.
