As a Regional Manager, your key responsibility will be to foster an environment for safe and profitable operations through panning and oversight of regional operations. You will provide direction to field and office staff; develop and maintain relationships with external customers; review bids and project specifications; ensure all projects are completed to customers’ satisfaction; and train and develop team members. It is your responsibility to work with Project Managers to set and execute on strategic goals.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (equivalent years of related experience also acceptable)
  • 10+ years of related field experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
  • Travel- must be willing to travel up to 50-75% of the time
