As a Shop Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to provide the administrative needs of the Tunneling Division Shop: assist with inventory control, parts organization and ordering, process time cards and work orders, assist with shipping and receiving of materials and equipment, recording and file keeping, and to process Internal and External invoices via accounts payable or receivable.

What it takes:

  • 1-3 Years of parts inventory/warehouse experience or related construction work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Fleet Focus (preferred)
  • Experience with other inventory, parts management, or work order management software (preferred)
  • Travel
